Hi! I'm Susie, a 24 year old New Englander pursuing her dream of living abroad in London. I'm currently studying for my undergrad degree in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management in Providence, RI and in September of 2015 I will be making the move to London to study Tourism Management at the University of Westminster.
In 2010, when I was 20 years old I took my first trip to Europe to London and Amsterdam. That trip changed everything for me. That trip cemented my love for travel, and since that trip, travel has become my university major, my hobby but most of all, it has become my passion in life. On that trip I knew that I had to live in London one day and that someday I would call the city home. It has been almost 5 years since that life changing journey abroad, and since then I have been to France, Germany, Austria, all over Italy, Ecuador and will travel to South Africa in June.
In September I will embark on my biggest adventure yet: living abroad in London. In doing my Master's abroad, I hope to build and create a life as an ex pat in the UK. My current goal is to visit 100 countries and set foot on all 7 continents (yes, even Antarctica). I hope you all follow along in my journey of moving and creating a life abroad and becoming a citizen of the world!
